Asparagus (Asparagus officinalis) is a perennial plant native to large parts of Europe, Western Asia and North Africa. The root of the plant, whose spring shoots are a popular vegetable, is valued for its high saponin content. We offer a pure asparagus root extract standardised to 40% saponins, obtained via 10:1 water extraction. Vegan, no additives.
