Our nopal prickly pear extract is obtained from the fruits of the nopal prickly pear (Opuntia Ficus Indica L.) via pure water extraction (20:1). No other solvents such as methanol or acetone are used, thus preserving the natural purity of the raw material.
We use special HPMC capsules as capsule shells which, unlike most other HPMC or pullulan capsules on the market, are produced 100% without the undeclared excipients carrageenan and PEG.
We use light-protected and environmentally friendly amber glass instead of plastic for the packaging.
The nopal prickly pear cactus (Opuntia ficus indica L.), which belongs to the cactus family, is also known as the Indian fig. The strong cacti have yellow flowers with a red ring at the base. The purple fruiting bodies form on the attractive blue frosted shoots. The taste is sweet and sour and is reminiscent of a mixture of pear and melon.
Take 3 capsules with 200ml of water with a meal daily.
