Creatine

Creatine is naturally synthesised from the amino acids glycine, arginine and methionine and is needed by the muscles for the reactivation of ATP, the universal energy supplier in the body. Creatine thus contributes to the supply of energy to the muscles and can, under certain circumstances, increase muscular strength during weight training.
