Our high-quality organic cacao nibs contain a blend of the fine criollo and trinitario varieties. They have been gently processed under 45°C to retain their authentically intense cacao flavour and phytochemicals.

Our natural, organic cacao butter contains a blend of the fine criollo and trinitario varieties. They have been mechanically cold-pressed to retain their natural fatty acid profile. Unrefined, purely plant-based.
