Valerian (Valeriana officinalis) has a long tradition in European herbal medicine and was highly valued by Paracelsus. Dried varlerian roots are particularly rich in the natural aromatic compound valepotriate, which is responsible for the characteristic scent.
Valerian Extract Capsules
Pure valerian root extract in a ratio of 10:1. Obtained from hand-harvested roots via a pure extraction process using only water and food-grade ethanol. 100mg valerian root extract per capsule or tablet.
Valerian & Lemon Balm
This synergistic combination consists of pure extract from hand-picked valerian roots (Valeriana officinalis) and full-spectrum lemon balm extract (Melissa officinalis). Each capsule contains 100mg valerian root and 500mg lemon balm leaf extract. Extracted via water and food-grade ethanol.
