OMEGA FATTY ACIDS
Monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids can serve as an important source of energy for our body. Cold-pressed vegetable oils in particular contain a variety of the most unsaturated fatty acids. Omega-3 fatty acids such as DHA and EPA support heart function, with DHA contributing to normal brain function and vision and ALA helping to maintain normal blood cholesterol levels.
