Flavour: Intense fruity vegetal bouquet with chicory, lettuce and celery. A beautiful, strong bitterness is balanced by a savoury spiciness
Aroma: Notes of medium-ripe tomatoes, bananas and white apples. There are also clearly recognisable hints of basil, mint and parsley
Colour: Intense golden yellow
