CAROTINOIDS

ASTAXANTHIN

The green micro algae Haematococcus pluvialis synthesises the natural carotenoid astaxanthin as a defensive chemical compound to protect itself against environmental stress. Astaxanthin is considered one of the strongest antioxidants on earth with a potency 6,000 times greater than vitamin C and 800 times stronger than Q10. Astaxanthin promotes the same positive effects as other carotenoids.
