Directions
Take 4 capsules daily with 200ml water at mealtimes.
Contraindications
For adults only. Not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women. Do not consume if other green tea products are being consumed. Do not consume on an empty stomach. Do not consume more than 800mg EGCG per day. Only use under medical supervision when taking medication.
