How are we different?
Immune Active is a multivitamin targeting the immune system. The combination of 4 different complexes, including those of vitamins and trace minerals, antioxidants, polyphenols and functional mushrooms, results in a synergistic effect.
With vitamins A, C and D, folate, selenium and zinc, Immune Active combines key nutrients required for normal immune system function. For these components, we use the same premium quality ingredients as we use in our range of singular supplements: vitamin C from Brazilian acerola powder with a vitamin C content of 30%, combined with pure vitamin C derived by fermentation with bioflavonoids and lipids; vitamin A in the form of retinyl palmitate; and completely plant-based vitamin D3. We also use folate in the form of bioactive methylfolate, Magnafolate® Pro, a natural selenium complex derived from mustard seed extract, and zinc in the form of zinc bisglycinate with a high bioavailability.
These nutrients are supplemented by a complex of key antioxidants including glutathione, SOD in the form of a natural melon extract, and coenzyme Q10 (ubiquinone).
The phytochemical complex provides a broad spectrum of select plant extracts which are rich in polyphenols, flavonoids, alkaloids and curcuminoids. It contains extracts from arabinogalactan, echinacea, schisandra, Andrographis paniculata, turmeric (in the form of a highly bioavailable Cureit® full-spectrum extract with curcumin complex and 200 other bioactive substances found in turmeric), Rhodiola rosea, olive leaf, quercetin and resveratrol. All extracts are highly pure: the raw materials are sourced from pesticide-free cultivation and are extracted using only gentle processes such as distillation with water and food-grade ethanol.
An important addition to the complex is the functional mushroom Agaricus blazei, which is considered one of the most powerful mushrooms. Our extract is derived according to traditional methods using only water and food-grade ethanol, and is standardised to 30% mushroom polysaccharides. The extract contains the mushroom's active ingredient in a highly concentrated form.
For the capsule shells we use custom-made HPMC capsules that, unlike most other HPMC and pullulan capsules on the market, are 100% free from controversial additives such as carrageenans and PEG. We then package this product in environmentally friendly amber glass.
