Thyme
This thyme belongs to the labiates family (Lamiaceae) and is also called "yoke thyme" and "red thyme". It develops a dense height of up to 30cm and produces white flowers from July to August. It likes to be found in the Mediterranean, such as Spain, and is also used as a spice in the kitchen.
