How are we different?

Our fenugreek seed extract is obtained from naturally saponin-rich seeds via pure water-ethanol extraction. This gentle extraction process preserves the natural spectrum of phytochemicals; no additional solvents such as methanol or acetone are used, ensuring the natural purity of the raw material. The result is a pure extract with a standardised content of 50% saponins.

For the capsule shells we use custom-made HPMC capsules that, unlike most other HPMC and pullulan capsules on the market, are 100% free from controversial additives such as carrageenans and PEG. We then package this product in environmentally friendly amber glass.

Fenugreek

Fenugreek (Trigonella foenum graecum) is a species of plant in the Papilionaceous subfamily within the legume family. It is an upright, annual plant with clover-shaped leaves that forms narrow, long legumes with a length of about 10cm. These legumes contain 10–20 hard, yellowish-brown seeds. Fenugreek has been used for therapeutic purposes in various cultures for thousands of years.

Take 2 capsules (485mg fenugreek seed extract per capsule) with 200ml water daily.
