How are we different?
Our premium artichoke extract is derived from the whole leaves of organic artichoke and has a guaranteed cynarine content of 5%. The extraction process is conducted entirely using pure water and concentrates the valuable ingredients roughly tenfold. No further solvents such as methanol or acetone are used, so the natural purity of the plant is fully preserved.
The dried extract is filled into our highly pure capsules in the only further processing step. As a result, the capsules contain only 100% artichoke extract, with no additives or carriers.
For the capsule shells we use custom-made HPMC capsules that, unlike most other HPMC and pullulan capsules on the market, are 100% free from controversial additives such as carrageenans and PEG. We then package this product in environmentally friendly amber glass.

The phytochemicals are concentrated mainly in the leaves. Among them, the group of caffeic acid derivatives is particularly noteworthy, including cynarine.
