This aromatherapy set contains 3 essential oils for use during yoga and meditation: bergamot from certified organic cultivation in Italy, lavender wildcrafted at 1800m in the French Alps and frankincense from certified organic cultivation in Somalia.

• Bergamot oil (Citrus bergamia) from certified organic cultivation, sourced directly from a family-run company in Calabria, Italy. Cold-pressing the fresh peel produces a complex aromatic essential oil with the tart green aroma of bergamot with floral-citrus notes. The aroma of the essential oil can have a mood-lifting, anxiety-relieving and calming effect.
• Premium real lavender oil (Lavandula angustifolia) from certified wild harvesting at an elevation of 1800m in the French Maritime Alps. Pure hand harvest of lavender with a sickle. Spicy, aromatic, floral fragrance that helps to harmonise the body and mind.
• Certified organic frankincense oil (Boswellia carterii) from the semi-desert of Somalia. Very aromatic, resinous-fresh, spicy fragrance with a subtle sweet floral note. The fragrance helps to calm the body, emotions and mind in cases of exhaustion, stress and nervous tension, thus supporting meditation practice and inner contemplation.
