How are we different?

Absolute Purity: Guaranteed No Additives

Our branded active ingredient Sunferol® D3 is a special formulation with high-quality vitamin D3 obtained from the wool wax of sheep. For optimal intake and maximum stability, we suspend our premium D3 in MCT coconut oil. Conventional vitamin D3 active ingredients are often mixed with a whole range of questionable additives, including synthetic vitamin E, ascorbyl palmitate, silicon dioxide, modified starch, sucrose, denatured vegetable oils and maltodextrin. However, our vitamin D3 is specially manufactured according to our specifications, thereby avoiding such hidden additives.

To maintain the excellent quality of our products, they are regularly tested in an independent laboratory for active ingredient content, freshness and possible contaminants such as heavy metals.

MCT Coconut Oil for Optimal Absorption

Vitamins D is a fat-soluble vitamin that can only be absorbed by the body when combined with fats. Sunday Natural Vitamin D3 is dissolved in high-quality MCT oil for optimal bioavailability and can therefore be directly utilised by the body. In contrast to other carrier oils (such as olive oil), pure MCT oil offers optimal protection for fat-soluble vitamins, thus ensuring maximum stability of the active ingredients. The medium-chain fatty acids in the carrier oil constitute valuable nutrients themselves. Our oil, which is processed in the Netherlands, is grown without the use of plant protection products.

Oils are easy to use and are therefore suitable for those who have difficulty swallowing capsules and tablets. They also offer the advantage of direct absorption through the oral mucosa, making them immediately bioactive. All our oils come in environmentally friendly amber glass bottles with a glass dropper for precise usage.

Daily Requirements

Vitamin D

The different information on the recommended dosage of vitamin D can be confusing. Recommendations vary greatly from organisation to organisation. For adults, for example, the EU recommends 200 IU, while the German Nutrition Society (DGE) recommends 800 IU. However, many researchers and non-profit organisations consider these recommendations to be too low to effectively prevent a deficiency.
