All of our vegetarian vitamin D products contain premium vitamin D3 as an active ingredient, which is custom-made according to our strict specifications, and without any additives except vitamin E and a high quality MCT coconut oil as a carrier oil. This product is notable for its absolute purity and guaranteed vitamin D3 content. Vitamin D3 products often contain a wide variety of different additives, including some which are highly questionable but are not legally required to be declared, such as synthetic vitamin E, ascorbyl palmitate, silicon dioxide, modified starch, sucrose, denatured vegetable oils, and maltodextrin. However, our vitamin D3 is ultra pure due to our unique production process. It is custom-made for us by a specialised manufacturer according to our strict specifications and is completely free from common hidden additives.

MCT Coconut Oil for Optimal Absorption
Vitamin D is a fat-soluble vitamin that can only be absorbed by the body when combined with fats. Sunday Natural vitamin D3 is dissolved in high-quality MCT oil for optimal bioavailability and can therefore be directly utilised by the body. In contrast to capsules and tablets that must first be digested in order for their active ingredients to be released, vitamin D3 combined with oil is readily available and can be optimally absorbed. Our MCT coconut oil is completely free from additives and the medium-chain fatty acids in the carrier oil constitute valuable nutrients themselves.
Oils are easy to use, and are therefore suitable for those who have difficulty swallowing capsules and tablets. All our oils come in amber glass bottles with a high-quality glass dropper. In contrast to dispensing bottles, which are often difficult to use and clog easily, glass droppers are ideal for precise usage.

Vitamin D
The different information on the recommended dosage of vitamin D can be confusing. Recommendations vary greatly from organisation to organisation. For adults, for example, the EU recommends 200 IU, while the German Nutrition Society (DGE) recommends 800 IU. However, many researchers and non-profit organisations consider these recommendations to be too low to effectively prevent a deficiency.
Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced, varied diet and healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of young children.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. To optimise shelf-life, keep in the refrigerator.
