Farm
The manufacturer of our high-quality essential oil of lemon has been producing essential oils in the Region of Murcia on the Mediterranean coast of Spain since 1970. The essential oils, which are either cold pressed or gently steam distilled in a stainless steel tank, are derived from organic, wildcrafted plants or from the company's own controlled organic cultivation. The farmers and distillers produce their essential oils according to ISO standards, an expertise which is reflected in their harmonious aromas. All of their products are certified organic to EU standards.
Orange
The orange belongs to the Rutaceae family. The orange is a rounded shrub with 5-15cm long, oval-shaped leaves. In spring, its fragrant white flowers, which measure around 4cm in size, bloom. The flowers then develop into oranges, measuring up to 10cm in diameter by winter. The orange is endemic to South East Asia, but is now also often cultivated in the Mediterranean region. The aromas are in the fruit peels or in the fresh branches with leaves, which is called petitgrain.
