How are we different?

Our NuShape® Meta Capsules, with their select composition of vitamins, trace elements, phytochemicals and other valuable ingredients, offer targeted support for metabolism and weight. They have been specially developed as an ideal complement to our Metabolic Complete Shakes (meal replacement).

The high-quality, vegan blend contains chromium as bioavailable chromium picolinate, which contributes to a normal macronutrient metabolism as well as to the maintenance of normal blood sugar levels. The included zinc, in the form of a zinc bisglycinate complex, also contributes to a normal macronutrient metabolism as well as to carbohydrate and fatty acid metabolism. The blend is supplemented by the vitamin-like substance choline, which supports normal lipid metabolism and serves as an important cofactor for select B-vitamins.

In addition to iodine as potassium iodide, plus the B-vitamins biotin and Vitamin B6 for a normal energy-yielding metabolism, our NuShape® Meta Capsules unite important phytochemicals such as the valuable dietary fibre glucomannan, piperine from black pepper extract, and Coleus forskohlii with a forskolin content of at least 20%. The complex is also supplemented with L-carnitine tartrate and taurine.

For the capsule shells we use custom-made HPMC capsules that, unlike most other HPMC and pullulan capsules on the market, are 100% free from controversial additives such as carrageenans and PEG. We use environmentally friendly amber glass jars for the packaging of this product.

Effects

According to the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA):

  • Zinc contributes to a normal carbohydrate and fatty acid metabolism, as well as to a normal macronutrient metabolism
  • Chromium contributes to a normal macronutrient metabolism and to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels
  • Choline contributes to a normal fat metabolism
  • Vitamin B6, biotin (B7) and iodine contribute to a normal energy-yielding metabolism

Glucomannan contributes to weight loss in the context of a weight-focused diet. This positive effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3g of glucomannan in three doses of 1g each, taken with one to two glasses of water before meals. This required amount is achieved through the daily intake of two NuShape® Shakes plus two NuShape® Meta Capsules.
