At its core is our innovative dual melatonin complex: while the direct melatonin helps you fall asleep quickly, the patented Melotime™ helps you stay asleep with a continuous release of melatonin over 8 hours. Its unique sustained-release matrix ensures a steady supply of melatonin throughout the night, which mimicks a natural 8-hour sleep cycle.

This matrix is complemented by the market leading branded extract KSM-66® Ashwagandha. Also known as the "sleeping berry," this certified organic extract is exclusively obtained from the nutrient-rich roots and gently extracted to preserve the full bioactive profile of withanolides. Supplemented by L-theanine from real tea leaves and the amino acid glycine, this synergistic formula unleashes the full potential of these proven nutrients.

Magnesium sets the foundation for relaxation – we have opted for highly bioavailable, chemically organic magnesium bisglycinate, which contributes to normal nervous system and normal mental function. Its binding partner glycine also ensures an adequate supply of glycine.

As with all our products, we follow our True Clean Label philosophy: we consistently avoid unnecessary additives, flow agents and synthetic anti-caking agents. The entire complex is 100% vegan and contains no toxic solvent residues.

For the capsule shells we use custom-made HPMC capsules that, unlike most other HPMC and pullulan capsules on the market, are 100% free from controversial additives such as carrageenans and PEG.

Melatonin contributes to:

Dosage

Directions

Take 4 capsules daily with approx. 200ml water 30 minutes before going to sleep.

Contraindications

For adults only. Not suitable for those pregnant or breastfeeding or those with liver disease.
