Premium Bioactive Ingredients
How are we different?
The patented premium raw material Magtein® consists of magnesium L-threonate, which is a special form of magnesium that is known for its high bioavailability and is particularly suitable for the brain and nervous system. In this form, magnesium is bound to the metabolite of vitamin C, L-threonic acid, which ensures particularly good absorption.
The gentle, patented manufacturing process converts vitamin C into magnesium L-threonate with the help of magnesium carbonate and activated charcoal.
For the capsule shells we use custom-made HPMC capsules that, unlike most other HPMC and pullulan capsules on the market, are 100% free from controversial additives such as carrageenans and PEG. We then package this product in amber glass.

Directions
Take 3 capsules with 200ml water daily, spread evenly throughout the day.
Daily Requirements
The German Nutrition Society recommends a daily intake of between 300mg–400mg of magnesium (NRV: 375mg). However, individual magnesium needs may vary according to biochemical factors, and can be significantly increased during stressful periods.
Note: According to the German Federal Institute for Risk Assessment (BfR), magnesium intake through supplements should not exceed a maximum daily amount of 250mg of magnesium in food supplements in order to avoid a laxative effect (mild diarrhoea). The maximum amount applies to persons aged 4 years and older; for infants under 4 years of age, there is no such guidance relating to a daily maximum due to lack of data.
The BfR recommends that the daily dose be divided into at least two separate doses per day. This is because scientific data shows that magnesium tolerability is increased when intake is spread between two or more portions per day.
Contraindications
This product is not intended for children. Not suitable during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
