Carotenoids
Carotenoids are a very diverse group of naturally occurring fat-soluble pigments. There are over 800 carotenoids known to science; these are subdivided into carotenes and oxygen-containing xanthophylls. All carotenoids are characterised by a yellow to orange to red colour.
ASTAXANTHIN
The carotenoid astaxanthin is considered the "queen of carotenoids" and is responsible for the characteristic colouration of numerous types of fruits and vegetables as well as in flamingos and salmon. The green microalgae Haematococcus pluvialis synthesises it under difficult environmental conditions as a natural protective substance.
Beta-Carotene
Beta-carotene from a 100% natural extract of Dunaliella algae, which offers a natural carotenoid complex. Encapsulated in ultra-pure GreenCaps, custom-made without gelatine or carrageenans.

Lycopene
Lycopene, also known as leucopin, belongs to the carotenoid family and is found in high concentrations in tomatoes (Solanum lycopersicum). As a tetraterpene, lycopene is one of the most important carotenoids along with alpha- and beta-carotene. Original LycoBeads® 20% with natural lycopene from tomato extract with a full 15mg lycopene per capsule, specially micro-encapsulated. Combined with freeze-dried açaí berry powder.
