Sunflower Lecithin

Lecithin, a vital component of both animal and plant cell membranes, is classified as a phospholipid. Lecithin is also sometimes called phosphatidylcholine, which is a type of phospholipid. Phospholipids occur naturally within the human body and consist of fatty acids, glycerol, phosphoric acid and choline. Our natural, food-grade lecithin powder is derived from sunflower seeds (Helianthus annuus). Vegan, no additives.
