2. Sunday Diagnostics Platform
You will receive an activation code and a link to the Sunday Diagnostics platform, where you can create an account.
3. Complete the Health Profile
Before booking your appointment, fill out a short questionnaire regarding aspects of your health and lifestyle (approx. 10 minutes). This information helps us better interpret your results and personalise your recommendations.
4. Book an Appointment
On the Sunday Diagnostics platform, book an appointment for your blood draw at our partner location in Berlin. Depending on capacity, appointments are generally available within a week. You can use your existing Doctolib account or create a new one.
Note: At the moment, blood draws are only possible in Berlin (Schoeneberg). Additional locations are coming soon.
5. Blood Draw
Get your blood drawn by a trained professional. The process usually takes only a few minutes.
6. Laboratory Analysis
Wait while your blood sample is analysed by an accredited partner laboratory in Germany using validated clinical methods.
7. Results & Recommendations
Receive your digital results within 15 working days, including clear explanations, a contextual assessment based on your questionnaire data and personalised recommendations.

You will receive your digital results within 15 working days via the Sunday Diagnostics platform, where you can easily reference your values and monitor your progress over time.
Your results will be classified according to optimal levels that go beyond the standard laboratory reference ranges. You will receive information on your blood values as well as recommendations and a personalised supplement plan.

How to Prepare
- 48h before: Stop taking food supplements (continue taking prescription medication as normal)
- 24h before: No alcohol, no intense exercise
- 12h before: No food or drink; water only (1–2 glasses before the blood draw is recommended)
