How are we different?
The name "cream of tartar" is derived from its production method. During the fermentation process of wine, small crystals are formed which are known "tartar."
The production of cream of tartar takes place in several steps: first, the wine is cooled to encourage the formation of crystals, causing the tartar to settle at the bottom of the container. Next, the clear wine is drawn off from the tartar deposits. Finally, the crystals are washed, dried and finely ground, resulting in a 100% genuine, pure cream of tartar powder. All ingredients are vegan, non-GMO and contain no hidden additives.

Daily Requirements
Sodium-rich diets can contribute to a potassium deficiency. The recommended daily potassium intake has recently increased from 2000mg to 4000mg.
Contraindications
People with a potassium balance disorder, in particular kidney dysfunction, as well as people with heart disease, insulin deficiency or diabetes mellitus should consult a doctor before using products containing potassium.
Storage
Keep out of the reach of young children. Store in a cool, dry and dark place away from direct sunlight and heat. Even when stored in a dry place, lumps may form as no additives are used. The lumps can be crushed and do not impair the product.
