Dosage

Directions

Take 2 capsules (250mg activated charcoal per capsule) with 200ml water 2-3 times daily, before or shortly after a meal.

Note: A time interval of at least one hour is recommended between consuming the activated charcoal and taking any medication. A potential black colouration of the stool may occur; this is normal and completely harmless.

Food Supplement

Do not exceed the recommended dose. Food supplements cannot replace a balanced and varied diet. Keep out of reach of children.

Packaging

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
