How are we different?

Our Whey Protein Powder is of the highest premium quality and is produced on the basis of 100% whey protein concentrate from controlled production. The milk used comes exclusively from dairy cows in the EU. Animal welfare, well-being and health have top priority. In accordance with the "Five Freedoms" animal welfare programme, the dairy cows live in a natural environment with their fellow cows and have unrestricted access to food and water. The whey protein concentrate is obtained from the whey using a gentle filtration process. This has a naturally higher fat content and a full amino acid spectrum.

The "Natural Vanilla" blend is characterised by a naturally creamy milk taste, which is perfectly rounded off with the mild, natural vanilla flavour and the light sweetness of D-Tagatose. All our protein powders are produced entirely without artificial flavourings, added sugar or artificial sweeteners. We only use purely natural flavours as well as the functional sugar D-tagatose, which is well-known among experts, with all its benefits.

All products are also currently undergoing Kölner Liste® quality management, are tested accordingly for doping substances and give athletes greater safety.

Whey Protein

Whey protein is whey protein obtained from whey. Depending on the type of production, it is differentiated into whey protein concentrate, whey protein isolate, whey protein hydrolysate and clear whey protein isolate (clear whey). All whey proteins are characterised by a very high protein content and a high biological value due to their full amino acid profile including all essential (EAA) and branched-chain (BCAA) amino acids. The biological value indicates how well a dietary protein can be converted into the body's own protein.

Whey protein concentrate has a naturally higher fat and lactose (carbohydrate) content than whey protein isolate.

Dosage

Directions

Mix 30g powder in 200ml cold water. Consume 1-3 portions daily, preferably in the morning and evening and after exercising.

Daily Requirements

The German Nutrition Society (DGE) recommends 0.8g of protein per kilogramme of body weight daily for adults, while the latest scientific research recommends a daily intake of about 1.5–2 grams per kilogramme of body weight.
