How are we different?

Our Whey Protein Powder is of the highest premium quality and is produced on the basis of 100% whey protein concentrate from controlled production. The milk used comes exclusively from dairy cows in the EU. Animal welfare, well-being and health have top priority. In accordance with the "Five Freedoms" animal welfare programme, the dairy cows live in a natural environment with their fellow cows and have unrestricted access to food and water. The whey protein concentrate is obtained from the whey using a gentle filtration process. This results in a naturally higher fat content and a full amino acid spectrum.

The "Intense Vanilla" blend is characterised by a naturally creamy milk taste, which is perfectly rounded off with the strong, natural vanilla flavour and the sweetness of stevia. All our protein powders are produced entirely without artificial flavourings, added sugar or artificial sweeteners. We only use purely natural flavours and stevia as a natural sweetener in this blend.

All products are also currently undergoing Kölner Liste® quality management, are tested accordingly for doping substances and give athletes greater safety.

Whey Protein

Whey protein is whey protein obtained from whey. Depending on the type of production, it is differentiated into whey protein concentrate, whey protein isolate, whey protein hydrolysate and clear whey protein isolate (clear whey). All whey proteins are characterised by a very high protein content and a high biological value due to their full amino acid profile including all essential (EAA) and branched-chain (BCAA) amino acids. The biological value indicates how well a dietary protein can be converted into the body's own protein.

Whey protein concentrate has a naturally higher fat and lactose (carbohydrate) content than whey protein isolate.

Dosage

Directions

Mix 30g powder in 200ml cold water. Consume 1-3 portions daily, preferably in the morning and evening and after exercising.

Daily Requirements

According to current scientific findings, the daily protein requirement is around 1.5-2 grams per kilogramme of body weight.
The recommendations of the DGE (German Nutrition Society) are 0.8 g/kg body weight per day for adults.
