Take 1 scoop (1000mg PureWay-C® powder) daily dissolved in 200ml water.
Daily Requirements
The German Nutrition Society (DGE) recommends an intake of 100mg vitamin C per day. The recommended daily intake according to the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) is 80mg.
As the body can only absorb a limited amount at once into tissues before they reach saturation, and because blood levels of the vitamin drop relatively soon after ingestion, the intake of vitamin C should be distributed throughout the day.
Contraindications
In cases of oxalate kidney stones, glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase deficiency or conditions that cause the body to store too much iron, take only after consulting a doctor.
