Recommended Dosage

Take 1 drop (3,000 IU vitamin A) daily with 200ml water at mealtimes.

Daily Requirements

The EU recommends a daily intake (NRV) of 800µg (approximately 2,600 IU) vitamin A. The German Nutrition Society (DGE) recommends a daily intake of 800µg (approximately 2,600 IU) vitamin A for women and 1,000µg (approximately 3,300 IU) for men.
