To guarantee microbiological integrity and a 2-year shelf life without the use of artificial additives, our Sunvita® Oxymel undergoes controlled thermal processing. The formula is gently heated only as much as necessary to preserve the synergy of the honey, apple cider vinegar and botanical extracts in their purest forms. This controlled preservation ensures that the phytochemicals and functional mushrooms remain stable, avoiding undesirable fermentation processes.
