How are we different?

Our highly concentrated Herbal Ferment Willow Bark & Meadowsweet drink combines active microorganisms with high-quality, fermented botanical extracts. Willow bark and meadowsweet are complemented by 8 other botanical extracts: goosefoot, poppy, blackthorn, hollow tooth, cowslip, moringa, camomile and damiana.

Sunvita® herbal fermented drinks are produced in Germany following a long-standing family tradition, based on a special type of kombucha fermentation. In comparison to commercial kombucha lemonades, Sunvita® drinks are based on a highly concentrated herbal essence infused with selected plants and herbs. A targeted biotransformation takes place using a special fermentation process (PSF®) whereby the plant constituents are broken down through fermentation to convert the natural phytochemicals into a highly bioavailable form. Our herbal fermented drinks are intentionally unpasteurised to ensure that all natural ingredients are fully preserved.

Beet sugar is used for the fermentation process; however, this is metabolised by the microorganisms during fermentation, resulting in a sugar-free product (< 0.5g per 100ml). Our herbal fermented drinks contain no artificial additives, gluten, soya, milk or nuts. We use environmentally friendly amber glass bottles for the packaging of this product instead of plastic.

Effects

Our Sunvita® herbal fermented drinks are the result of the millennia-old tradition of fermenting plants. This practice is one of humanity's oldest refinement techniques, dating back to ancient civilisations and monastic medicine where fermentation was used to preserve the potency of herbs and break them down, making them more bioavailable. We harness this knowledge by refining the traditional art of fermentation with a special multi-stage fermentation process (PSF®).

Production

The PolySymbiotikFerm® process (PSF® for short) goes far beyond conventional fermentation methods and focuses on the biological breakdown of plant parts. During this process, defined communities of microorganisms are used to help the plants undergo a multi-stage procedure. Each phase utilises specific metabolic profiles that complement one another.

Following the initial elimination of foreign germs, the microorganisms symbiotically work together to naturally produce enzymes that break down complex phytochemicals, making them more easily utilisable by the body. This transformation process is accompanied by the energisation and structuring of water using flow vortices, which supports the holistic quality of the end product.

This technological approach makes our Sunvita® herbal essences unique and impossible to copy. Rather than using isolated laboratory bacterial strains, we allow a mature, polysymbiotic community to do the work. This microbial refinement breaks down and restructures the phytochemicals, significantly increasing their bioavailability and depth of functionality.

Directions

Take 20ml (2 capfuls) daily, undiluted.

Note: Pour the liquid into a glass; do not consume directly from the cap.
