RETURNS & COMPLAINTS

RETURNS

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Unsealed or otherwise altered items cannot be returned. You can find more information about returns in our Cancellation Policy.

Please do not send items back to us without postage (freight collect). The cost of this service is considerably higher and we will deduct this fee from the amount to be reimbursed.

Unsealed or otherwise altered items cannot be returned.

Please ensure that your address is clearly legible and to enclose your order number (e.g., a copy of the invoice).

If you want to send your return by DHL, send the DHL package with a tracking number (please do not send as a small package) to the following address:

We will notify you as soon as we receive your item(s). We will initiate a refund of the purchase price as soon as possible after receiving and processing your return – this can take up to 14 days. Thank you for your understanding.

COMPLAINTS 

If you have received a defective product, we are here to help. We will cover the return costs and – based on your preference – offer either a replacement or a full refund of the original purchase price.

To ensure we resolve your issue as quickly as possible, please submit your complaint using our online contact form. This form will guide you through providing the necessary details, such as your order number, and allows you to upload photos if needed. Please note that complaints can only be processed through this form and incomplete submissions cannot be accepted.

Please note: If your complaint concerns a product's physical characteristics (such as appearance, texture, smell or taste), please check that the item has been stored according to the instructions on the label. Storage conditions play a crucial role in maintaining product quality. Some products may naturally change over time when exposed to oxygen or removed from their original packaging for extended periods; we are happy to answer any questions you may have on the natural changes to our products. Additionally, please be aware that certain ingredients (like algae) have a natural scent reminiscent of the sea or fish, which is normal and not a sign of a defect.

Lastly, please avoid returning any goods via freight collect, as this incurs additional costs that would need to be charged to you.
