How are we different?

Our organic whey protein powder is of the highest premium quality and is made from 100% whey protein concentrate from certified organic production. The milk used comes exclusively from grass-fed dairy cows in Germany and the EU. Animal welfare, well-being and health have top priority. In accordance with the "Five Freedoms" animal welfare programme, the dairy cows live in a natural environment with their fellow cows and have unrestricted access to food and water. The whey protein concentrate has a complete amino acid profile and is extracted from the whey using a careful filtration process which leaves fat and lactose content virtually intact.

Our organic whey protein powder "Natural Vanilla" is characterised by an intensely full-bodied, naturally creamy milk flavour with a mild, natural vanilla aroma and real ground Bourbon vanilla. All our protein powders are produced entirely without artificial flavours, added sugar or artificial sweeteners.

All products are also currently undergoing Kölner Liste® quality management, are tested accordingly for doping substances and give athletes greater safety.

Whey Protein

Whey protein is whey protein obtained from whey. Depending on the type of production, it is differentiated into whey protein concentrate, whey protein isolate, whey protein hydrolysate and clear whey protein isolate (clear whey). All whey proteins are characterised by a very high protein content and a high biological value due to their full amino acid profile including all essential (EAA) and branched-chain (BCAA) amino acids. The biological value indicates how well a dietary protein can be converted into the body's own protein.

Whey protein concentrate has a naturally higher fat and lactose (carbohydrate) content than whey protein isolate.

Dosage

Directions

Mix 30g powder (3 tablespoons) with 200ml cold water in a shaker bottle. Take 1–3 servings per day, preferably in the morning and evening and after exercise.

Daily Requirements

The German Nutrition Society (DGE) recommends 0.8g of protein per kilogramme of body weight daily for adults, while the latest scientific research recommends a daily intake of about 1.5–2 grams per kilogramme of body weight.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat.
