For over 40 years, all of Perl'Amande's nut butters have been produced slowly in small batches at a stone mill with water cooling. This old-fashioned and increasingly rare production method lends the nut and seed butter a genuine, subtly sweet aroma.

- Mechanically peeled, without steam, then coarsely crushed in a modern crusher with water cooling under vacuum and no heating
