MCT (medium-chain triglycerides) are special fatty acids that can be easily converted into energy and utilised by the body on account of their structure. The two forms of biologically effective MCT are caprylic acid (C8) and capric acid (C10). Our MCT oils are sourced from 100% fresh, hand-harvested coconuts.
