Because they are rich in protein, hemp seeds are especially valued by athletes and those on a low-carb diet.

Cultivation & Processing
Hemp is an undemanding and adaptable plant. It is ready for harvesting after only about 100 days of growth, and the plants are cut off above the ground or pulled out from the root. The seeds contain up to 35% oil, which can be obtained via pressing, and about 25% protein. Our hemp seeds are cultivated without pesticides in Austria.
