Directions
Take 3 spoonfuls (approximately 2g MSM, of which 680mg sulphur) twice daily with 200ml water before meals.
MSM can be taken at mealtimes to improve digestibility, or between meals in the morning and afternoon. Taking MSM in the evening is not recommended, as it may make it harder to fall asleep.
Note: Up to a concentration of 4g per litre, MSM can be dissolved in a large glass of water with only a slightly bitter taste. The more MSM is used, the stronger the taste becomes. This can be masked by adding fruit juice.
Food Supplement
Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced, varied diet and healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of young children.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat.
