How are we different?
We use a magnesium oxide of the highest quality and exceptional purity, naturally sourced from the Dead Sea. This natural magnesium oxide possesses the highest magnesium content of all forms of magnesium at 60.6%. Our magnesium oxide is entirely free from any unnecessary additives.
For the capsule shells we use custom-made HPMC capsules that, unlike most other HPMC and pullulan capsules on the market, are 100% free from controversial additives such as carrageenans and PEG. We use amber glass jars for the packaging of this product.
Effects
Magnesium Oxide
Magnesium oxide is characterised by a uniquely high magnesium content (60.6%). As magnesium is only bound to a single oxide atom, the typical 5–10% pure magnesium content is exceeded, which is why only one capsule can provide such a high dose of magnesium.
The chemical reaction between magnesium oxide and the hydrochloric acid present in the stomach produces magnesium chloride and water. High-dose magnesium oxide neutralises gastric acids, meaning it is not suitable for individuals with low stomach acid levels.

Dosage
Directions
Take 1 capsule (400mg magnesium) with 200ml water daily.
Contraindications
No other products containing magnesium should be taken at the same time. In case of a laxative effect, stop taking the product.
Daily Requirements
The German Nutrition Society recommends a daily intake of between 300mg–400mg of magnesium (NRV: 375mg). However, individual magnesium needs may vary according to biochemical factors, and can be significantly increased during stressful periods.
Note: According to the German Federal Institute for Risk Assessment (BfR), magnesium intake through supplements should not exceed a maximum daily amount of 250mg of magnesium in food supplements in order to avoid a laxative effect (mild diarrhoea). The maximum amount applies to persons aged 4 years and older; for infants under 4 years of age, there is no such guidance relating to a daily maximum due to lack of data.
The BfR recommends that the daily dose be divided into at least two separate doses per day. This is because scientific data shows that magnesium tolerability is increased when intake is spread between two or more portions per day.
