Distinctions: Absolutely untouched. As the area has never been settled or used industrially, this gourmet salt is guaranteed to be free of any modern environmental influences, microplastics or pollutants.
Composition: 100% pure, natural desert salt. Non-iodised, vegan and free from artificial additives and anti-caking agents.
Packaging: We use environmentally friendly clear glass instead of plastic.
Character: Powerful, intense and sunny. A very clear and balanced salty flavour without sharpness. It tastes as pure as it looks and brings a dry, mineral spiciness.
Pairings: The ideal salt for strong flavours. It loves fire; Perfect for steaks, game and anything from the grill. It gives robust root vegetables, stews and dark sauces a solid base and an intense, clean salty note.
