How are we different?
Flora Essentials 14 HIT Sensitive delivers an mixture of key bacterial strains that do not produce histamine. With 14 different strains of important bacteria, this formula offers 10 billion viable, colony-forming units (CFUs) per capsule.
When selecting our raw materials, we intentionally choose highly active bacterial strains: these are produced under strict quality controls using modern fermentation processes that do not come into contact with genetically modified organisms, which are often cultivated for cost reasons. Gentle freeze-drying helps to guarantee a high level of bacterial activity.
We deliberately combine intestinal bacteria with high-quality fibres to serve as a natural food source for the bacteria. These come from natural sources, such as our hydrolysed guar bean fibre Sunfiber®️ from the Indian guar bean.
For the capsule shells, we use stomach-acid resistant patented HPMC capsules (DRcaps®). For packaging, we use environmentally friendly amber glass jars to protect against light.
