When selecting our raw materials, we made sure to use highly active bacterial strains. These are synthesised under strictly controlled conditions using modern fermentation methods that prevent contact with genetically modified bacterial strains, which are often found in other products on the market to keep production costs low.
Our Flora Cardio is composed of special lactic acid bacterial strain, Lactobacillus plantarum LPLDL, as well as vitamin B1 as thiamine HCL and fibre. These bacteria are cultivated under standardised and controlled conditions. The first two fermentation processes are followed by purification and gentle freeze-drying to ensure optimal preservation of the viability of the lactic acid bacteria and preservation of the essential metabolic products. This specially selected Lactobacillus strain is characterised by its exceptional enzymatic activity. The added maltodextrin serves as a nutritional basis for the living bacteria. Microcrystalline cellulose is used as a carrier in this product, which allows a more precise dosage of the fine powder.
We consciously combine the lactic acid bacteria with our vitamin B1 for healthy heart function, nervous system function, energy metabolism and brain function. This blend is supplemented with hydrolysed guar bean fibre Sunfiber®️ derived from the Indian guar bean, which serves as a food source for bifido and lactobacteria.
For the capsule shells we use custom-made HPMC capsules that, unlike most other HPMC and pullulan capsules on the market, are 100% free from controversial additives such as carrageenans and PEG. We then package this product in environmentally friendly amber glass.
