When selecting our raw materials, we make sure to use highly active bacterial strains. These are produced under strictly controlled conditions via modern fermentation, eliminating any contact with genetically modified bacterial strains, which are often used on the market to keep production costs low.
Our Flora Brain & Memory is composed of 8 specially selected strains of lactic acid bacteria: Lactobacillus fermentum LF26, Lactobacillus rhamnosus LRH10, Lactobacillus paracasei LPC12, Bifidobacterium longum BL986, Lactobacillus casei LC122, Lactobacillus acidophilus LA1063, Lactobacillus helveticus, Streptococcus thermophilus ST30, Lactobacillus plantarum LP1410 (MFM 30-3), with vitamins B3 and B5 and dietary fibre.
These bacteria are cultivated under standardised and controlled conditions. The fermentation process is followed by purification and gentle freeze-drying to ensure optimal viability of the lactic acid bacteria and preservation of essential metabolic products. The added maltodextrin serves as a nutritional basis for the living bacteria. Microcrystalline cellulose is used as a carrier in this product to enable a more precise dosage.
We consciously combine the lactic acid bacteria with our premium active ingredients, vitamin B3 as nicotinamide and vitamin B5 as D-calcium pantothenate, for normal functioning of the nervous system and for normal mental performance. This is combined with hydrolysed guar gum Sunfiber®️ from the Indian guar bean. The dietary fibres serve as a food source for bifido and lactobacteria.
For the capsule shells we use custom-made HPMC capsules that, unlike most other HPMC and pullulan capsules on the market, are 100% free from controversial additives such as carrageenans and PEG. We then package this product in environmentally friendly amber glass.
