Effects

A balanced acid-alkaline balance is one of the most important prerequisites for the health of the entire body. All metabolic processes in the body cells and the transportation of substances between cells and tissues are influenced by the ratio of acids and alkalines. Due to its enormous importance for human health, the acid-alkaline system has numerous buffering systems that regulate a constant pH value in the blood, interstitial tissue, and within the cells. An unhealthy lifestyle characterised by stress, unhealthy diet, and environmental pollutants can disrupt this balance and lead to a latent acidification of the body.

According to the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA):

Dosage

Recommended Dosage

Stir one heaped teaspoon of powder (4g) into 250ml of water daily and consume on an empty stomach. Take only independently of meals. An interval of at least one hour before and two hours after a meal should be observed.

Food Supplement

Do not exceed the recommended dose. Food supplements cannot replace a balanced and varied diet. Keep out of reach of children.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat.
