White Chandan Body Oil is a valuable addition to your skincare routine with 100% natural essential oils and carrier oils that have a particularly relaxing and grounding effect on the senses.
White chandan (sandalwood) is organically grown at an elevation of 300 to 1000 metres above sea level in Sri Lanka, harvested and processed into essential oil using steam distillation. The aromas are developed in a harmonious ratio and contain 70% α- and β-santalol, as well as Z-α-trans-bergamotol and epi-β-santalol. White Chandan therefore has a refined sweet-woody fragrance that calms, strengthens the nerves and centres the mind.
The juniper it contains comes from wild collection in the French Provence-Alpes-Côte, where it is harvested by hand and distilled in a gentle process. Its aroma has a stimulating, revitalising and stress-relieving effect on the body. The skin also benefits from its purifying and soothing properties.
The sweet sandalwood and the citrusy-fresh scent of juniper are surrounded by the resinous-herbaceous Atlas cedarwood from Morocco, fresh-resinous frankincense from the unspoilt nature of Somalia and herbaceous rosemary from Andalusia.
The carrier oils of olive, almond, avocado, MCT (coconut) and jojoba contain skin-smoothing lipids and antioxidants that strengthen the skin barrier, protect against moisture loss and round off the body oil.
