Water-soluble vitamins: contains vitamin B12 as MH3A® formula, with 3 cobalamins (methylcobalamin, hydroxocobalamin, adenosylcobalamin).
Fat-soluble vitamins and fatty acids: with purely plant-based vitamin D3 from lichen.
Minerals and trace elements with iodine as potassium iodide and selenium as inorganic sodium selenite, directly available for the selenoenzymes.
Take 1 capsule daily with 200ml water at mealtimes.
