How are we different?
Our Premium Skin Hair Nails Complex supports the maintenance of normal hair as a foundational supply with a nutrient complex of biotin, zinc and selenium. Zinc, vitamin B2, vitamin C and biotin support normal skin and cell division and zinc and selenium contribute to the maintenance of normal nails. Selenium, copper and manganese also protect the cells from oxidative stress.
The total combination of 18 selected ingredients forms a unique and innovative formula. We use a hand-picked selection of our individual active ingredients from highly pure production: zinc as highly bioavailable zinc ascorbate, manganese as manganese gluconate, iron bound to lactic acid, copper lysinate with particularly high bioavailability, silica from bamboo shoot extract, selenium as pure sodium selenite, vitamin C as the special active ingredient PureWay-C® coated with bioflavonoids and plant-derived fatty acids for improved bioavailability, vitamin E from sunflower oil as a natural complex with alpha-, gamma-, beta- and delta-tocopherols as well as a complex of valuable carotenoids from Dunaliella salina algae, high-purity 100% vegan hyaluronic acid produced by fermentation and coenzyme Q10 as ubiquinone in the oxidised form, which can also be produced by the body itself.
The composition is supplemented by a B-complex consisting of vitamin B3 as easily bioavailable flush-free nicotinamide, vitamin B5 as bioactive D-calcium pantothenate, vitamin B9 as the patented premium active ingredient Magnafolate® Pro with bioactive L-methylfolate (L-5-MTHF) and D-biotin in premium quality (99.32% purity) as well as a high-quality millet extract via pure water-ethanol extraction and the amino acid L-cystine.
We use special HPMC capsules as capsule shells which, unlike most other HPMC or pullulan capsules on the market, are manufactured 100% without the undeclared excipients carrageenan and PEG. We use light-protected and environmentally friendly amber glass instead of plastic for the packaging.
Effects
Hyaluronic Acid
Hyaluronic acid, also called hyaluronan, is a long-chain polysaccharide with a high water-binding capacity and high structure viscosity (plasticity), which maintains the elasticity of the skin and connective tissues. At the same time, it is a significant component of the joint fluid, the tear film and the vitreous body of the eye.
According to the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA):
- Biotin contributes to the maintenance of normal hair and skin.
- Selenium contributes to the maintenance of normal hair and nails and to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
- Manganese contributes to normal connective tissue formation and to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
- Copper contributes to the maintenance of normal connective tissue and normal hair pigmentation.
- Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal skin, hair and nails and to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
- Riboflavin (vitamin B2) contributes to the maintenance of normal skin.
- Vitamin B12 has a function in cell division.
- Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for normal skin function.
