Our special rhododendron oil is produced from wild growing plants at 3600m altitude in the Himalayas. The plants thrive particularly well in this pure nature and air with the mineral soils. Their aromas unfold in harmony, such as alpha and beta-pinene. From February to June, the leaves and flowers are harvested by hand at an altitude of 3600m, collected in baskets and gently processed in our own steam distillery. The care and passion in the harvest, the selection and the production is very well reflected in this oil.

Farm
This family-run producer was founded in Nepal around 2010. The producer regularly recruits new farms for cooperation, and farmers are thoroughly trained in organic cultivation methods. The farm's essential oils are derived from plants which are all either wildcrafted or cultivated organically, in the mountains of Nepal. The plants are then processed in the producer's own distilleries located across the country. The producer's passion for growing and nurturing aromatic indigenous plants is reflected by the fine aromas of the oils. Most of the products are certified with the EU organic seal.
Rhododendron
This type of rhododendron grows mainly on the Asian continent, namely in Nepal, Pakistan, India and Tibet. It thrives in altitudes between 3000-4800m. This evergreen shrub belongs to the heather family (Ericaceae) and can grow up to 100cm high.
Aroma
The floral-woody fragrance invigorates the mind and promotes positive thoughts. In this way, everything heavy becomes light and courage and confidence set in.
