How are we different?
Our vegan protein bars are made from 4 carefully selected plant-based sources of protein (pea, carob seedling, almond and fava bean), achieving a total protein content of 25%. These vegan protein bars are not only rich in protein but also in soluble fibre, due to the inclusion of resistant dextrin.
For a particularly soft texture, we use high-quality almond paste instead of palm oil. We deliberately avoid the use of sugar or synthetic sweeteners such as acesulfame K or sucralose – the cocoa coating is sweetened with maltitol (a sugar alcohol from natural sources) and the bars are further refined with high-quality salt from the Dead Sea. No artificial flavourings or colourings or citric acid as an acidifier are used, resulting in a particularly pure recipe.
