We have opted for a complex composition of 14 selected sources of fibre to create the richest possible variety: konjac root powder with over 95% glucomannan, oat bran extract with 70% beta-glucan, agave inulin, guar gum, gum arabic (acacia fibre), apple pectin, larch bark powder, green olive powder, Livaux® raw golden kiwi fruit powder, resistant dextrin (RS4), resistant maize starch (RS3) and xylo-, fructo- and glucooligosaccharides. Each ingredient provides an individual structure and composition of complex carbohydrates (fibre) that can serve as a food source for bifido- and lactobacteria. No solvents such as acetone, N-hexane or methanol are used in the processing and production of each ingredient.

Effects
Our fibre complex Prebioma Complete combines the valuable properties of all 14 selected sources of fibre as well as vitamins B2 and B3, which are important for normal mucosal function. Fibre is a complex carbohydrate that is a natural component of the plant matrix, primarily acting as a scaffolding substance for living plants to maintain the stability of all its parts or as storage substances. Microorganisms, such as bifido- and lactobacteria, can use fibre as a natural food source.
According to the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA):
- Glucomannan contributes to weight loss as part of a low-calorie diet. The positive effect of glucomannan occurs with a daily intake of 3g (three portions of 1g each) in combination with 1-2 glasses of water before meals.
- Riboflavin (B2) and nicotinamide (B3) contribute to the maintenance of normal mucosal function.
Dosage
Directions
Before meals 3 times daily, stir 4.5g (1 heaped scoop) into 200ml water/juice and drink straight away. Drink plenty of water throughout the day.
