How are we different?

Phytocleanse Essentials Plus is a unique functional complex containing over 40 selected ingredients including vitamins, trace elements, antioxidants, plant extracts, bitter substances and medicinal mushrooms. Our unique formula was developed in collaboration with environmental physician and expert in orthomolecular medicine, Dr. Reinald Schrüffer, MD. The synergistic effects of the plant and mushroom extracts contained result in a unique formula that is ideal for activation, mobilisation and binding, following gentle preparation with our Phytocleanse Prepare product.

When selecting the extracts for this product, we chose to use only those derived from the best raw materials, cultivated without pesticides, herbicides and pollutants, and obtained using only gentle processes such as distillation and water and food-grade ethanol extraction. None of our extracts are obtained using harmful chemical solvents such as N-hexane or acetone.

Due to the plant extracts it contains, our formula is rich in valuable bitter compounds, flavonoids, alkaloids, curcuminoids and chlorophyll. It contains curcuma from a full-spectrum turmeric root extract (Cureit®) with 200 phytochemicals, ultra-pure (98%+) and bioactive indole-3-carbinol, premium quercetin from the flowers of the Japanese pagoda tree (Sophora Japonica), ultra-pure extract from the seeds and leaves of the coriander plant (Coriandrum sativum) in a ratio of 70:30, bilberry extract with a standardised content of 25% anthocyanins and no maltodextrin, and the bioavailable organic fulvic acid mineral complex FulvicSure™ with over 70 micronutrients (70:30 FulvicSure™ : HumicSure™). The complex is rounded off with ultra-pure, nutrient-rich algae: Chlorella vulgaris algae from a producer located in a remote location in southern India, who provides top algae breeding conditions, Chlorella vulgaris (CK5) in ultra-pure premium quality from Japan and Spirulina pacifica water extract from the Konak coast in Hawaii with phycocyanin (natural blue dye).

We obtain our additional bioactive and highly bioavailable vitamins (C, E, B2, B6, B9, B12), trace elements (selenium, zinc, manganese, iron, molybdenum, iodine, silicon), amino acids (NAC, taurine, TMG/betaine) and antioxidants (Q10 ubiquinone, glutathione, s-acetyl-glutathione, SOD) from from purely natural, plant-based sources, from fermentation, or from pharmaceutical grade synthesis. The vitamins, trace elements and amino acids work synergistically and as precursors, cofactors and active partners with the body's own antioxidants.

Our medicinal mushroom complex contains reishi, polyporus, pleurotus, cordyceps and hericium, with a full 30% effective mushroom polysaccharides (including beta-1,3- and beta-1,6-D-glucans), and supplies the active ingredients from the mushrooms in a highly concentrated form. Potent medicinal mushrooms have been grown in China for hundreds of years, and to this day the most nutrient-rich mushrooms come from Chinese cultivars. For over 2,000 years, the traditions of Chinese medicine have been applied to the cultivation of these mushrooms for a host of medicinal uses. Mushroom cultivation in China has furthermore been so refined that farmed variants are in no way inferior to their wild-grown counterparts. Our mushrooms are sourced directly from the globally-recognised mushroom-growing region of Gutian County in Fujian. Our mushroom powders and extracts are made from the entire fruiting body of the mushrooms, including the stems, and contain the full wealth of valuable ingredients.

For the capsule shells we use custom-made HPMC capsules that, unlike most other HPMC and pullulan capsules on the market, are 100% free from controversial additives such as carrageenans and PEG. We then package this product in environmentally friendly amber glass.
